We’ve all been there - “ I have to get up in 2 hours!” The panic and dread fuelling our inability to get a restful sleep. There are knock-out drugs that could make it harder to get on with your day and leave you feeling groggy. There is meditation that can help empty that mind but I like to have a natural remedy on hand like a guiding "sleep-teacher”, if you will, that sings a gentle lullaby to my body.
